How to Apply

TO SUBMIT AN INQUIRY:

Review the complete grant guidelines to be sure your organization is eligible and that your project fits within our guidelines.
Through our online grant system you will create an account, complete an eligibility quiz, submit inquiries and proposals, review your application history and submit grant reports. (IMPORTANT: You must create an account to use this system. Only one account (with ID and password) should be created and shared by each organization.) To use the system, please click one of the buttons below:

AFTER YOUR INQUIRY IS SUBMITTED:

Innovation Fund Grant Inquiries: Our team meets quarterly to review and discuss each grant inquiry (see detailed timeline below).

Program Grant Inquiries: Are reviewed on an ongoing basis and one of our staff will contact with you shortly. (This type of support remains ongoing and independent of the Innovation Fund schedule.)
If we invite you to submit a full application, you are still not guaranteed a grant. This is an indication that we want to hear more about your project because it meets the basic requirements for funding. We will send you a website link to submit a full application.
If we decline a full application, we will share our reasons and may refer you to other potential funders.

AFTER YOUR FULL APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED:

Upon receipt, your full application is assigned to a staff grant reviewer. They will contact you with questions and schedule a site visit, if deemed necessary.
The grant reviewer will make a written recommendation to the president or board of trustees, depending on the amount requested.
You will be informed after the final decision is made, which may include a reduction in the amount of requested funding, a full or partial matching challenge, payment schedule or other stipulations.
Once we receive the required documents, the funds will be distributed as outlined in the grant agreement.
Project reports will be required as outlined in the grant agreement.
