Dan Bullert

Dan joined the Initiative Foundation in 2011 and currently serves as the Initiative Foundation’s senior business finance manager.

In addition to overseeing the organization’s lending initiatives—either through gap financing in collaboration with local financial institutions or directly through micro loans—Dan also serves as connector by providing Central Minnesota businesses with access to technical support they need to succeed.

“I love that we can play that linchpin role to help the Central Minnesota economy grow,” said Dan, who grew up in Long Prairie, “and I really enjoy the position we’re in to help early stage entrepreneurs and start-ups advance their business ideas to the next level.”

Dan and his wife, Marie, make their home in Elk River and enjoy outdoor activities and spending time with their children and grandchildren.
