Bob joined the Initiative Foundation in 2013 as marketing and communications manager. He gets the all-too-fun job of pumping out good-news stories about the people, partnerships and progress that leads to greater prosperity for all in Central Minnesota.
Bob oversees the Initiative Foundation’s public-facing media content—from email marketing to social media to specialty promotions for the organization’s entrepreneurial and nonprofit training opportunities. Bob also gets to work with talented writers and editors from Central Minnesota and beyond to produce twice-a-year editions of IQ Magazine.

During his time away from the office, Bob is an avid woodturner and enjoys adventures with his family and his travel-writing wife, Lisa Meyers McClintick.
