Grants and Compliance Officer

If you have a proven track record as a successful grant writer and want to take your skills and abilities to the next level, including award management and compliance, this is the opportunity for you. The Initiative Foundation seeks a Grants and Compliance Officer to help drive the Foundation’s mission in Central Minnesota. Work across teams and programs to research opportunities, secure awards, and manage incoming grants. Build relationships with major funders and monitor awards to ensure performance measures and reporting metrics are met while providing oversight to adhere to state and federal guidelines. Health Benefits

The Initiative Foundation pays 100 percent of eligible employee’s health and dental premiums and 70 percent of the employee’s eligible dependents’ coverage.
