Stephen joined the Initiative Foundation as a small business coordinator in 2024. He recently moved to the St. Cloud area from Raleigh, N.C., and is passionate about building relationships, businesses and communities.

Stephen has a bachelor’s degree in environmental science with a minor in business administration. He appreciates the friendliness and helpfulness of Minnesotans. In his free time, Stephen enjoys woodworking.
