Program Officer: Clean Energy and Community Resilience

The clean energy and community resiliency position drives forward-thinking initiatives across Central Minnesota. The program officer shapes strategies to meet community and economic needs while managing budgets and securing funding for sustainable growth. Through partnerships, the clean energy and community resilience program officer identifies opportunities, coordinates services, and connects local governments and nonprofits with resources for clean energy, disaster preparedness, and resilience planning. At the regional and state level, this position elevates the program’s profile and resources to enhance long-term support and sustainability for community-led projects.
