Community Philanthropy Manager

The Initiative Foundation is hiring a community philanthropy manager to champion local generosity and lead its Partner Fund program into the future. The right candidate is a proponent of community wealth-building and serves as a liaison to individuals, families, nonprofit organizations and businesses who endow funds that generate grants to benefit Central Minnesota. The community philanthropy manager provides high-touch service to donors, advisors and fund representatives along with compliance guidance and oversight. Health Benefits

The Initiative Foundation pays 100 percent of eligible employee’s health and dental premiums and 70 percent of the employee’s eligible dependents’ coverage.
