Amy works with the Initiative Foundation’s nearly 130 Partner Funds and supports donors who want to leave legacy in Central Minnesota. She grew up in Brainerd and lives there with her family.
“I have long valued and admired the work of the Foundation, and I am excited to be working for an organization so committed to uplifting our region,” said Gray, who joined the Foundation as community philanthropy manager in 2024. “Plus, the organizational culture is amazing, so it’s a great place to work!”
Amy has had a long career in nonprofit and community development work. In her past roles, she engaged with the Foundation for trainings, community development work, and as a grantee. In her free time, she enjoys spending time near Lake Superior or curled up with a good book.
