Brenda has been with the Initiative Foundation since 2016. She works with the development team to ensure that donor’s gifts are kindly acknowledged and properly processed. Brenda grew up in Browerville where she continues to make her home with her husband. She loves being able to help Central Minnesota through her role at the Foundation.
“I work for the Initiative Foundation because I believe in something bigger than any one person,” she said. “I believe in people coming together to help others, and the Foundation is where it happens.”
Brenda has a bachelor’s degree from Bemidji State University and a master’s degree from St. Cloud State University. She works in the nonprofit sector because she believes everyone deserves to be loved and cared for. She enjoys traveling, especially to Salzburg, Austria, her husband’s hometown.
