Courtney is the administrative assistant for the Three Rivers Community Foundation (TRCF), a Partner Fund of the Initiative Foundation. She grew up in Elk River, where she continues to make her home.
“I love the environment and how committed Three Rivers is to helping the communities we serve,” Courtney said.
Courtney joined the Initiative Foundation team in 2023 and has a bachelor’s degree in foods and nutrition. Her favorite way to spend a weekend is on a lake in northern Minnesota.
