Deb is the friendly face you see when you visit the Initiative Foundation’s headquarters in Little Falls. She started as administrative assistant in 2023.
“I get to work with an amazing team of wonderful people,” said Deb, who grew up in Randall and now makes her home with her family in Little Falls.
Deb has an associate of applied sciences degree from Inver Hills Community College. She is known for her strong organizational skills. Deb loves to make crafts, spend time with family and get outside for a nice walk. Her favorite vacation destination is New York City and along the East Coast because of the cool vibe and beautiful, traditional homes.
