Doug Adams

Doug works with small business owners and entrepreneurs and has been on the Initiative Foundation lending team since 2021. He grew up near Waterloo, Iowa, and graduated from the University of Dubuque. He currently lives with his wife in Little Falls.

“I work at the Foundation because I wanted to work for an organization that makes a difference,” said Doug, who enjoys finding innovative solutions to help small business owners.

Doug loves to play basketball and pickleball. He also enjoys Sunday afternoon walks with his wife and spending his vacations on the beach where he can soak in the sunshine and listen to the waves.
