Elizabeth Mboutchom

Elizabeth is a member of the Community Development team and leads the Foundation’s efforts to partner with rural communities as they work to identify, fund, and implement clean energy and community resiliency solutions. Her position supports programming, coordinates and administers grants, and advances economic opportunities in collaboration with local units of government, nonprofits, and state partners. She also provides technical support for disaster preparedness, response and recovery efforts.
