Jessy is the Initiative Foundation’s grantmaking administrator and provides support to several programs. She lives in her hometown of Little Falls and has been on the Initiative Foundation team since 2019.
“Our culture is collaborative and supportive, and I am inspired daily by my colleagues,” said Jessy, who enjoys how everyone works together to support the organization’s mission.
Jessy has an associate in arts degree from Central Lakes College. She has excellent attention to detail and loves to use technology to work more efficiently. Passionate and organized are how Jessy’s best friends would describe her. In her free time, she loves to cook and try new restaurants.
