Krista works across teams and programs at the Initiative Foundation to research opportunities, secure awards and manage incoming grants. She joined the Foundation in early 2024.
“I wanted to work for the Initiative Foundation so I could be a part of giving back to my community,” said Krista, who grew up in Nisswa. “Helping local organizations grow and expand is truly a rewarding job. I love that everyone I work with is passionate about the work they do.”
Krista has spent much of her career working in education. She enjoys spending her free time doing photography, crafting with sea glass, watching her children’s sports activities, spending time with family and walking.
