Michele has worked at the Initiative Foundation since 2015 and became chief financial officer in 2023. She oversees financial functions and information systems at the Foundation. Michele grew up in Jackson, Minn., and lives with her family in Little Falls. She loves that the Foundation allows her to make an impact where she lives.
“I love working with a group of people that are dedicated to the same mission,” she said. “Staff are great to work with and care about each other.”
Michele graduated from Buena Vista University in Iowa and has taken additional accounting classes at Bemidji State University. She enjoys watching her children’s sporting events, traveling, Broadway musicals, volleyball and curling.
