Mike works on the Foundation’s development team, primarily with planned-giving and donor outreach. He grew up in Brainerd and lives in Nisswa with his wife. He loves the difference he and his team can make at the Initiative Foundation.
“Strengthening Central Minnesota is fascinating work, and I get to do that with outstanding people,” said Mike, who joined the Initiative Foundation team in 2014.
Mike has a bachelor’s degree from Concordia University, St. Paul. He has worked in 32 states and has lived in Mississippi but believes northern Minnesota offers the best of what the United States has to offer. Mike is inspired by the generosity and compassion of Minnesotans.
