Nicole supports Central Minnesota nonprofits and advisor boards for the Initiative Foundation’s Partner Funds. She also oversees nonprofit grantmaking and makes resource referrals.
“I am proud to be from Central Minnesota and to live here today. Like the Initiative Foundation, I believe we can change the future of the region,” said Nicole, who joined the Foundation in 2023 and lives in St. Joseph.
Nicole has bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking and taking evening walks to the local ice cream shop.
