Tim joined the Initiative Foundation lending team in February 2024 following a successful career in commercial banking in the Brainerd and Twin Cities areas. Originally from St. Paul, Tim earned his undergraduate degree from Gustavus Adolphus College and his master’s of business administration in finance from the University of Minnesota. Tim and his wife, Theresa, moved to the Brainerd Lakes Area in 2018.
Tim enjoys building relationships in the community and helping small businesses grow and thrive.
“I joined the Initiative Foundation because my background and passion align with the Foundation’s mission, and I wanted to become part of the outstanding team,” he said.
Tim enjoys playing viola with the Heartland Symphony Orchestra, hiking the local trails and canoe camping.
