Nonprofit Development Impact
The Initiative Foundation partners with nonprofits across Central Minnesota to deliver quality programming. Training sessions help nonprofit leaders improve their fiscal health and management practices, increasing the quantity and improve the quality of services, and strengthen operations.
In 2023, 219 nonprofit and local government staff members received training through the Foundation’s nonprofit development programs.
