2025 Executive Roundtable

As a nonprofit executive director with a range of responsibilities, it can be a challenge to build leadership skills and network with others. We get it. That’s why we’re partnering with Paula Chapulis of Aiyana Coaching to offer a March-September 2025 Executive Roundtable.

This program is open to all nonprofit executive directors and senior leaders.

Registration includes monthly group trainings and four one-on-one executive coaching sessions.

• The Executive Roundtable program starts with an in-person kickoff meeting from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. on March 26 at the Initiative Foundation’s Little Falls office.
• Subsequent sessions will be held virtually from 8:30 to 10 a.m. on April 23, May 28, June 25, July 23, Aug. 25 and Sept. 24.
