Assets Not Included in Your Will?
Do you have an IRA, 401(k), life-insurance policy, or other assets not included in your will? If so, these are called non-probate assets, and its important to make a plan for your beneficiaries. Use this online tool to designate your beneficiaries—including the Initiative Foundation or one of its Partner Funds—for one or more of these assets.

The following are examples of statements that may be used by you and your attorney in preparing your bequest. Whenever possible, we would like to participate in these important conversations to ensure that the correct language is used and that your wishes are understood.
